How Taarly works

Grouped answers to the things people ask most. If yours is not here, write to us and we will answer properly.

Getting started

An AI business card and professional networking platform. You scan the cards you receive, share a digital card of your own, keep notes on every conversation, and get reminded to reconnect before a contact goes cold.

A shareable web page carrying your name, role, company, contact details and links. You share it by QR code, NFC tag or a plain URL, and update it once when anything changes.

No. Taarly works in any browser. There is also a mobile app if you want the scanner and quick sharing on your home screen.

Yes, permanently. It covers a digital card, a basic profile, 25 contacts and 5 card scans a month.

A few minutes. Fill in your profile, choose a card template, and you have something to share.

No. Your card opens in any browser and they can save you to their phone contacts without an account.

Scanning and contacts

You photograph the card and Taarly reads the text, extracting name, company, title, phone, email and website into an editable contact form. You confirm it and save.

Yes — paper cards are the main case the scanner is built for.

Good on a standard printed card that fills the frame in even light. Reflective foil, heavy textures, unusual layouts and poor lighting all reduce accuracy, which is why every field is editable before you save.

Yes. Scan them one after another to clear a stack from an event in one sitting.

It is stored with the contact, so you can always check the original when the extracted text is ambiguous.

Yes, by CSV or by connecting Google Contacts.

Yes — CSV and vCard export are available. Your network stays portable.

Search covers company, where you met, tags and your notes, so you can find people by whatever you do remember about them.

Notes and follow-ups

You write or dictate what happened and Taarly produces a summary plus the discussion points, promises made and next steps, attached to the contact.

No. Your own written or dictated notes are enough.

Set a horizon when you add a contact — tomorrow, next week, next month, a birthday or a custom date — and Taarly surfaces it when it is due, with your notes attached.

No. Follow-ups collect in a queue grouped by today, overdue and upcoming, which you check on your own terms.

Every meeting, note, call, booking, card share and completed follow-up with one person, in order, on one page.

Profile and booking

Yes. Every account gets a public page, and you choose the template, the content and whether it is published.

Yes. The link-in-bio template does the same job and adds booking, an enquiry form and a contact record for everyone who reaches out.

Custom domains are available on the Business plan.

Yes. Share a booking page and people pick from your real availability, with a Zoom, Meet or Teams link generated automatically.

Paid bookings through Stripe and Razorpay are on the roadmap. Today you can collect an enquiry and invoice separately.

Integrations and data

Yes, along with Salesforce, Zoho CRM and Pipedrive. Zapier, Make and webhooks cover anything not natively supported.

Yes — Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar all sync two ways.

In encrypted cloud storage, backed up, with role-based permissions on team plans and controls over what appears publicly.

Only you, unless you are on a team plan and have deliberately shared a contact. Private notes never appear on your public page.

Yes. You can export or delete your data, and we keep contact records under your control.

Yes, at any time, and your data goes with it. Export first if you want to keep a copy.
