Last updated June 25, 2026

These terms govern your use of Taarly. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Taarly (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Taarly.

3. Your content & responsibilities

You own the contacts, notes, and other content you add to Taarly (“Your Content”). You are responsible for it, and you confirm that:

  • You have a lawful basis to store information about the people you add to your vault.
  • Your Content does not infringe the rights of others or break any law.
  • You will handle other people's information respectfully and honor any request to be removed.

You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display Your Content for the purpose of operating the Service for you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Upload malicious code or content that is harmful, hateful, or illegal.
5. Plans & billing

Taarly offers a free plan that includes up to 200 contacts and core features, and a premium plan that unlocks additional templates, analytics, and AI features. Plan limits and inclusions may change. If paid plans are introduced, applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented before you subscribe.

6. Public profiles & websites

You may publish a public identity card or website. When you do, that content becomes accessible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for what you choose to make public, and you can unpublish it at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to Taarly and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using Taarly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that could harm Taarly or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated summaries and suggestions may contain errors — review them before relying on them. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taarly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
