Capture

Scan any business card in seconds.

Point your camera at a card. Taarly reads the name, company, phone, email, website and social handles, and files it as a contact you can actually search later.

Reads the whole card

Name, company, job title, phone, email, website and social profiles come across in one capture. No manual typing, no half-finished contact records.

Keeps the original photo

The card image is stored alongside the contact, so when the text is ambiguous you can always look at what you actually held in your hand.

Correct before you save

Extracted fields land in an editable form, not straight into your database. You confirm what is right and fix what is not.

Works on a stack

Back from a conference with twenty cards? Scan them one after another and clear the pile in a single sitting instead of letting it sit on your desk.

How it works

Four steps, start to finish

  1. 1
Open the scanner and photograph the card, filling the frame.
  2. 2
Taarly reads the text and pre-fills a contact form.
  3. 3
Add where you met, a tag and any context worth keeping.
  4. 4
Save — the contact joins your vault with a follow-up reminder.
FAQ

Business Card Scanner questions

Yes — that is exactly what the scanner is for. Photograph the card with the card filling most of the frame, in even light, and Taarly reads it.

Every extracted field lands in an editable form before saving. Printed cards with unusual layouts, heavy textures or reflective foil are harder to read, so you correct those fields and save.

The extraction is tuned for business cards. Documents without a company, title or contact details will not fill those fields, because the information is not on the card.
