Multiple meeting types matter most
A fifteen-minute introductory call and a paid ninety-minute working session are different products with different rules. Any tool that treats them the same will frustrate you within a fortnight.
Look for per-type duration, notice period and buffers.
Buffers protect your week
Without minimum gaps, a booking page will happily give away seven consecutive calls. That is not a schedule, it is a bad day you agreed to in advance.
Set buffers before you share the link, not after you learn why they exist.
The booking should create a record
A calendar event is not a contact. If every booking leaves you with nothing but a name in a diary, you are doing the relationship admin twice.
Prefer tools where a booking creates a proper contact with the context of what they booked and why.
